As the Australian government introduced some changes in regional Visa, the Subclass 489 visa has been replaced by Newly Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (Subclass 491), which comes into force from 16th November 2019.
The online application system for the nomination of the Northern Territory Government closed on 16th November 2019 and will re-open this nomination on 9th December 2019 (Monday).
During this period, the interested applicants will not able to apply for Subclass 190 visa or Subclass 491 visa nomination.
If the aspirants are onshore applicants and also their visa got expired before 9th December 2019, then candidates are required to provide proof or evidence of their visa expiry date through email on email@example.com.
Under the Subclass 190 and Subclass 491 visa, a fee of AUD 300 with GST wherever applicable will be charged from 9th December 2019 for nomination applications.
The Subclass 190 and Subclass 491 visa fee, which is AUD 300, is non-refundable. The applicants will have to pay an application fee for each application in the future you submit.
This application fee should be paid online while the applicants submit their application.
