    As of update in January 2024, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a provincial nominee program in Canada, and it has various streams through which individuals may be eligible to apply for nomination.

    1. Occupation In-Demand Sub-Category:

    Eligibility Criteria:

    1) occupation in demand:

    2)Points score:
    You must Score at least 60/110 points on the SINP point assessment grid. You can use Saskatchewan (SINP) PNP points calculator to calculate your Saskatchewan PNP points.

    3) Language Proficiency
    Provide language test results to demonstrate language proficiency in either English or French at a level equal to or greater than CLB 4. (R-3.5 W-4, S-4.0 L- 4.5)

    4) Education credential assessment:
    Have completed at least one year of post-secondary education or training that is comparable to the Canadian education system (equivalent to a Canadian diploma or certificate).


    2. Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category:

    How to apply for Saskatchewan PNP?

    1) Check Eligibility:
    The first step is to review the Saskatchewan PNP eligibility requirements or criteria to ensure that you meet the requirements, including points score, occupation in demand, language proficiency and other criteria.


    2) Language Proficiency Test:

    Create an online Expression of Interest (EOI) profile with the SINP. While creating a Saskatchewan Expression of Interest (EOI), you must provide information about your education, employment—language proficiency, etc. Your EOI will be scored based on various factors, and the highest-scoring candidates may be invited to apply.

    6) Receive Invitation to Apply (ITA):
    If selected through the EOI system, you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the SINP. The ITA will include instructions on how to submit a complete application.

    7) Submit a Complete Application:
    Prepare and submit a complete set of documents along with the Saskatchewan PNP application fee of $ 350. Make sure to follow the specific instructions provided in your ITA.

    8) Application Processing:
    The Saskatchewan PNP  (SINP) will review your application to ensure it meets all the requirements. This includes verification of your work experience, education, language proficiency, and other supporting documents.

    9) Nomination and Federal Application:
    If your application review or verification is successful, you will receive a provincial nomination certificate from the SINP. With this nomination, you will get an additional 600 CRS or pathway to get permanent residence in Canada.


    10) Final Decision and Arrival in Canada:
    If your federal permanent residence application is approved, you will receive confirmation and can make arrangements to settle in Saskatchewan.
