b) Applicant must have at least two years of full-time work experience in the past five years in an occupation related to your field of education or training.

c) You must demonstrate proficiency in English or French through a recognized language test—minimum score CLB5 (4.5 bands in IELTS/ CELPIP).

d) You must score at least 60/100 Manitoba points based on your age, Qualifications, work experience, adaptability, and language proficiency

 


B) Skilled worker in Manitoba:

B) Graduate Internship Pathway:

a) You must have completed a master's or doctoral degree program in Manitoba within the past 3 years.

You must have a minimum CLB/NCLC 7 (or equivalent.
c) 
You must have completed a Mitacs Elevate or Accelerate (including Accelerate Entrepreneur) internship with an eligible industry and research enterprise in Manitoba.
d) You are not required to have a job offer at the time of application.

e) You must demonstrate liquid funds equivalent to low-income cut-off (LICO) requirements for independent financial resources for six months.


C) International Student Entrepreneur Pilot:

The International Student Entrepreneur Pilot (ISEP) provides up to 20 (per calendar year) international students who have graduated in Manitoba the opportunity to pursue entrepreneurship rather than employment.

a) You must be working as a senior manager or Business owner in Manitoba.
b) 
You must have at least 51% ownership of the business equity.
c) IELTS requirements minimum CLB7 (6 bands in each module)
d) 
Applicant must be in Manitoba based on a work permit.

The first step towards applying for the Manitoba PNP is creating an EOI (expression of interest). Only applicants who are eligible under any stream can create an EOI.
