What is Manitoba PNP eligibility criteria?

The following is the general Manitoba PNP eligibility criteria:

• The applicant must score at least 60 points out of 100 on Manitoba's point evaluation grid.
• Applicant must have friends, family, or close relations in Canada to be eligible.
• Applicants must obtain an invitation to apply from MPNP or have previous work or study experience in Manitoba.
• Be between the ages of 21 and 45.
• Provide certified copies of their permitted language test results from the last two years that show they got at least a CLB 6 overall and in each component.
• Have two years or more of full-time work experience during the last five years;
• Possess completed a post-secondary education or training program lasting at least a year and received a diploma, degree, or certificate.

How to apply for Manitoba PNP?

• Create a profile for your Expression of Interest.
• If you obtain a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA), please complete the application and send it to the MPNP.
• An MPNP officer reviews your application thoroughly.
• The MPNP sends nomination successful applicants.
• Submit a separate application for permanent residency for you and your family to the Government of Canada within 180 days of being nominated.
