What are the eligibility criteria for Ontario PNP, Human Capital Priority Stream?
You need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the Ontario PNP Human Capital stream.
a) You must activate your federal Express Entry account.
b) You need to have at least 67 out of 100 points and a CRS score of 400 (exception for healthcare)or above.
c) Each module requires an IELTS score of at least six bands; higher scores will be given preference.
d) Financial NOC codes, tech profiles, and health care are Ontario's top priorities; if your code is linked to one of those NOCs, you may receive preference.
