REAG brings together experts from different fields to help Australia protect its most important services like electricity, clean water, transport systems, healthcare, and communication networks. Providing the Critical Infrastructure Advisory Council (CIAC) with practical recommendations to make the systems better. REAG members are a part of Australia’s infrastructural development, making them an important pillar of society.

Major Role:

Taking part in monthly meetings to deliver projects connected to the resilience strategy.
Engaging with TISN sector groups and government agencies to ensure resilience initiatives align with national goals.
Reviewing and advising on resilience and security documents to make sure they reflect best practices.

Requirement / Criteria	Details
Education Qualification required for the latest EOI	There isn’t a fixed degree requirement, but applicants are expected to have a solid educational background—ideally in areas like risk management, security studies, engineering, communications, or related fields—or comparable professional experience that shows their expertise.
Professional Expertise/Skills	Proof of experience in one or more of the following: • Risk and resilience management • Personnel and workforce hazards • Supply chain and network resilience • Industry collaboration • Stakeholder engagement • Communications and outreach
Age Requirement	Applicants must be of legal working age.
Diversity & Inclusion	Strongly encouraged by: • Women • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples • People with disabilities • Applicants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Membership Status	• Existing TISN members may apply. • Non-members should sign the TISN Deed of Confidentiality
Visa Requirements for International Candidates	Skilled Migration Visa, Temporary Specialist Visa, or similar, depending on the eligibility.
