On 21 August 2025, the latest round of invitations was held, and the results were published on 3 September 2025. These rounds are important. Who Gets Invited?

In each invitation round, the Australian government invites those candidates who meet the minimum points threshold and have skills in occupations currently in demand. If multiple candidates have the same points score, the government uses a tie-breaker rule. This rule considers the date and time when the EOI was submitted. How Long Is My EOI Valid?

After submission, your EOI is valid for two years, during which you may be invited to apply, or else you must submit a new one.
