    Step-By-Step Process to Migrate to Australia as a restaurant manager

    Step 1: Assess Your Eligibility

    Final Note ✍️ : If any documents are missing, they have 15 days to provide them. A final 7-day notice will be issued before the application is closed. An AUD$161 fee applies to reopen closed applications. Submitting a complete application avoids delays.




    Step 4: Get your Expression of Interest (EOI) 

    Now it’s time to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) on SkillSelect, an Australian government’s online system for skilled workers. It is an online application showcasing your skills, experience, and eligibility for migration to tell the Australian government that you want to apply for a skilled visa. 


    Step 5: State Nomination (if applicable)

    If you are applying for:
    ✅  Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated Visa)
    ✅  Subclass 491 (Skilled Work Regional Visa)
    You must obtain a state or territory nomination before receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA). Each state has its requirements.


    Step 6: Secure your Invitation to Apply (ITA)
     
    Once your EOI score meets the required criteria you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Australian government for a visa. These are issued based on a point-based system. You have to apply for this visa application in 60 days.


    Step 7: Submit Your PR Application
