  • ✅ 1. Choose an Occupation 🧑‍💼

The first and most critical requirement for applying for an Australian Permanent Residency (PR) visa is to choose your nominated ANZSCO code. Your occupation must be on one of the Skilled Occupation Lists:

    • MLTSSL – Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (for 189)
    • STSOL – Short-Term Skilled Occupation List (for 190)
    • ROL – Regional Occupation List (for 491)

How to determine your nominated occupation or ANZSCO code:

The ANZSCO stands for Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations. Each occupation is assigned a unique 6-digit code. Please don’t choose a code just because it sounds right; make sure your work matches at least 70–80% of the listed tasks. And also be careful about the qualification match

If unsure about the ANZSCO code, it's best to get professional help at 750 383 2132 to choose the most relevant ANZSCO code as per your profile.
