British Columbia occupation in-demand list

British Columbia has its Occupation in demand list which comprises of Priority Occupations in demand list and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Occupation in Demand list for BC PNP.  BC PNP has several occupations that are in high demand such as Tech Occupations, Healthcare, Construction, Childcare, etc. To be eligible for BC PNP under these occupations the applicant must have a job offer letter.

British Columbia PNP - Priority construction occupations List

In order to be eligible under the targeted occupation (Priority Occupation in Demand List) invitation under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in the construction sector, you have to meet the set eligibility criteria where it is necessary to have job offer from one of the occupations mentioned under the Occupation in Demand List of BC PNP for Construction Sector.Furthermore, aspiring immigrants must possess a valid trade certificate issued by or have an apprenticeship registered with SkilledTrades BC, with the trade certificate aligning with the offered position. Priority occupations within the construction sector stand to benefit from targeted invitations upon the submission of registration.

Applicant applying for healthcare under the BC PNP must have their occupation in the targeted or priority occupation in the demand list, and they must also hold a job offer letter for the same. Even if the immigrant applying for the Healthcare occupation does not have a job under the Occupation in-demand list of BC PNP but has a job offer letter, then a targeted invitation to apply may be extended to them. British Columbia PNP - Priority Technology Occupations List

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) extends a pathway to permanent residence for skilled workers in specific and high-demand technology occupations. Uniquely tailored to address the distinctive requirements of B.C.'s technology sector, priority technology occupations under this program do not necessitate a permanent job offer. To be eligible for targeted invitations, workers in the technology sector must fulfill certain criteria, including securing a job offer in one of the designated priority technology occupations. The job offer should have a duration of at least one year (365 days), and there must be a minimum of 120 calendar days remaining on the job offer at the time of application.

British Columbia PNP - semi-skilled Occupations List

Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Streams in British Columbia provide a way for Canada PR to skilled workers who fall under tourism/ hospitality or food processing occupations. To qualify under the Occupation in Demand list for BC PNP, the applicant must have a job offer letter from a B.C. employer in an eligible occupation under NOC TEER 4 or 5.

The applicants must have at least a complete 9-month full-time employment under BC PNP employer under the Occupation in Demand list. Additionally, individuals must be qualified to perform the job offered and meet any necessary certification or registration requirements in the province. An immigrant must have the minimum language eligibility points required by the BC PNP. The mentioned criteria collectively ensure a comprehensive evaluation of candidates seeking permanent Canadian residence through this stream.
