- Identity and Civil Status Documents:
You & family members need to include the following documents under the identity section.
a) Bio-data page of your passport
b) Birth Certificate
c) married Certificate
d) Divorce certificate ( if applicable)
e) Death certificate ( if applicable)
f) Adoption papers
- Academic Document:
To prove your education, you need to provide the below documents.
a) Trade/ Diploma/ Degree certificate
c) professional association memberships
d) ECA report
- Work Experience Documents:
All supportive documents to prove professional work experience such as:
a) Offer Letter,
c) Reference letter,
d) Promotion letter,
e) Employment contracts,
f) Work permit
If you are self-employed then must include
- Business License;
- Proof of income, and
- Reference letter from clients.
Please be specific; providing inadequate quality documents may lead to the failure of your Saskatchewan PNP nomination.
- Language Documents:
As an applicant need to provide valid language test results, Please note test results not be more than two years old at the time of your application. You can write the following language exams:
For English language proof
For French language

- Settlement Funds:
You must submit proof of settlement funds that you have sufficient amount to support your day to day life once you land in Saskatchewan, Canada. Funds requirements depend upon family size; you must maintain funds a minimum of three months before you submit.

Please note Saskatchewan don't accept Debentures; credit cards, gold, cash, property as settlement funds.
Saskatchewan accepts the following documents as proof of settlement fund.
- Personal chequing or savings accounts.
- Cash value life insurance.
- Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GICs) or Certificates of Deposit.
- Mutual Funds.
- Provident Funds (an official letter from the provident fund organization indicating the amount of funds that are accessible is required).
- Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs).
- Tax Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs).
- Term deposits and time deposits (must be valid at the time of application and remain valid throughout the entire application process).
- Treasury Bills.
- Proof of Professional Status or Licensure (if applicable):
Proof of Professional Status or Licensure (if applicable):-If your occupation is regulated, then you need to provide occupation-specific professional status and licensing documents; your application will be held for processing until proof of Professional Status or Licensure is provided.

- Settlement plan:
The settlement plan is a critical part of Saskatchewan PNP documentation; it includes your start-up plan (clothing, furniture, shelter, food, schools, etc.). Ongoing expenditure such as transportation, living allowances, monthly expenses etc. Applicant must be prepared detailed activities plan and need to submit to convince immigration officer.

- Close Relative in Saskatchewan:
Saskatchewan considers close relative A parent. A sister or brother. An aunt or uncle. A niece or nephew. A first cousin. A grandparent. A step-family member/in-law of the same relationship.
If you are claiming points for a close family member, you must provide the relationship proof. Saskatchewan accepts the following evidence as relationship proof.
- A birth certificate, marriage certificate or other official documents that prove your relationship.

- Proof that they have been living in Saskatchewan for the past 1 year from date of application.
