Nova Scotia PNP invites Express Entry Candidates with CLB 7.
Latest Nova Scotia PNP draws held on 7th November 2022 invited applicants with CLB 7 with no inclination to the CRS score.
Nova Scotia PNP also did not share the list of NOC getting the invitation to apply in the current Nova Scotia PNP draw. Candidates who fit the requirements of the provincial labor market are chosen to submit for nomination through the federal Express Entry system's Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities stream. Candidates may only apply if they have received a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration.

What are the criteria mentioned for the Nova Scotia PNP draw?
- Have chosen French as their first official language and have a total French Canadian Language Benchmark score of 10 or above.
- Possess English as a second official language, with a total score of 7 or above on the Canadian Language Benchmark for English.
- Possess a bachelor's degree OR have successfully completed a three-year or longer program at a university, college, trade school, or other institution.
- Attach copies of your application's language tests and transcripts. If your educational certificate was acquired outside of Canada, proof of education must also contain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report produced by a company authorized by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
- Submit your application by December 7, 2022, 11:59 p.m.

- Complete and submit the application form
- Watch for the Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia PNP.
- Include supporting documents and pay the PNP application fee.
- Await word from the Province of Nova Scotia (It may take us 3 months or more to review a complete application)
- Once you receive your ITA from Nova Scotia PNP then you can start your Canada PR filing.
