What If I Fail to Get ITA?

Earlier, every candidate that falls within the cut-off bracket positively receives ITA. Since the past few Express Entry draws, however, it has been observed that a ‘Tie-Breaker Rule’ is in application which gives priority to candidates who are older in the pool than those candidates who are fresh in the pool.

This sometimes can be a reason for non-recipient of ITA even if your CRS falls under the cut-off range. Aptech suggest you, not to worry in these cases and wait for subsequent draws for getting your Invitation. Latest Express Entry Draws 2019
