As of 22 June, the government of Ontario estimated processing time for newcomers for streams within the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
The province also disclosed that as of 19 June, slightly more than half of the 6,000 nomination certificates have been issued in 2017.
Also, Application processing times may vary depending on individual circumstances. Longer than estimated processing times may be experienced if the OINP is waiting for additional documents.
The OINP is one of the most dynamic and varied of all PNPs. It contains three streams aligned with the federal Express Entry immigration selection system, as well as streams for international graduates and business persons.
Note: Might be Ontario will open in 2017, but it is totally based on the applications that this particular province wants to take. If the requirement will be pending, then it will again open in 2017.
