Under the high point’s category of South Australia, the applications submitted as of 26 July 2019 are required to have 85 points. South Australia is attracting high-quality applicants from Supplementary Skilled List (SSL) occupations and occupations on the state Nomination list which are listed as Special Condition apply.
This time the South Australian immigration authority has received a high volume of applications for under the high point’s category and will also look after the applicants form in coming weeks.
The South Australian immigration authority has also confirmed that after the closure of 'high point’s category' the minimum required points to invite applicants will automatically increase to 90 points.
Also, some of the occupations under the South Australia occupation list are already closed for high point’s category.
Due to the high number of applications received in July under the subclass visa 190 and visa 489, the immigration department is working hard to process the applications and reduce the overall processing times.
Australian immigration authority has also requested that, no to submit an inquiry (email or phone) if the applicant profile is within the publishing processing time.
