The Saskatchewan province officials conducted new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on December 6, 2018 for Occupation-in-demand and Express Entry Streams. The applicants with the lowest ranking score of 61 points in the latest Expression of Interest draw (EOI) were invited for both the SINP OID and Express Entry Streams.
The total numbers of 211 applications were invited in the Occupation-In-Demand category to the applicants who had educational credentials assessment done. On the other hand 532 applications were invited in EOI draw under SINP’s Express Entry stream.
Thus, in totality 743 invitations are given by the province of Saskatchewan in this latest EOI Draw. However, the EOI cut-off remains the same for both the streams that is 61 points. This means the candidates who had their educational credential assessment assessed along with 61 points were invited to apply.
The candidates who got an invitation to apply in Occupation-in-demand required paying the non-refundable $300 CAD application processing fee.
To apply for SINP, the applicant must score at least 60 points on Saskatchewan Point Assessment Grid. The points are calculated for age, educational qualification, work experience, language ability and adaptability factors.
The draw score of EOI is solely determined by the needs of Saskatchewan province. The regular draws are conducted by the province to invite skilled and qualified workers.
