The Business and Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ) notified that no new invitations for the above mentioned occupations will be issued. However, if any of the applicants is invited and do not timely respond then these occupations might be opened in future.

Additionally, Queensland has also removed 2 occupations from its offshore QSOL List. The occupations are:

  1. Interior Designer (232511)
  2. Actuary (224111)

These occupations are no longer available from 1st February 2019. These occupations are however available on the onshore QSOL list. This means that applicants who are already working in Queensland may be still able to apply for these occupations.
