Queensland Removed Five Skilled Occupations From Its Demand List

Queensland-‘The Sunshine state of Australia’ has removed certain occupation from their state skilled occupation list on November 22, 2018. The official website of Queensland states that due to high number of applications received to Business and Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ), no more invitations will be given for occupations mentioned below.

For 2018-19, BSMQ has filled the quota of below occupations and are removed from Queensland Occupational List:

  1. Finance Manager (132211)
  2. Registered Nurse- Aged Care (254412)
  3. Registered Nurse- Critical Care and Emergency (254415)
  4. Developer Programmer (261312)
  5. Software Engineer (261313)

The immigration officials of BSMQ have announced that migrants who have not received an invitation by November 22, 2018 will now be no longer to get invitation for this current year at least. There are no new invitations issued to the applicants.

However, BSMW might open these occupations later if the current invitees fail to respond within stipulated time.
