Manitoba issued LAA to 395 skilled workers in the Latest Draw

In the draw that took place on October 31st, Manitoba has invited 395 foreign skilled workers to settle in the province. The candidates can now apply for immigration to Canada under Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP).

Every year, Manitoba provincial government invites candidates having skilled work experience in the profile having high demand in the labour market of the province. Manitoba works on EOI (Expression of Interest) system. The candidate looking for immigration in Manitoba, need to submit an EOI. After getting points based on personal credentials of the candidate, LAA (Letter of Advice to Apply) is issued to high ranked candidates.

There are two categories under Manitoba Nomination Program- under skilled workers overseas sub-category, 44 LAAs were issued. The remaining large chunk of 351 were issued LAAs under skilled worker in Manitoba category.
