On May 26, 2017 the latest draw of Canada Express Entry took place. 543 candidates has been selected from the pool of candidates and these candidates are now eligible to submit their application for Canada permanent residency status.
For the very first time in the history of Express Entry system, the IRCC has issued Invitations to Apply (ITA) to the candidates in two groups each from Federal Skilled Trade Class (FSTC) and provincial nominations. The CRS score for both two groups were different.
For provincial nomination total 143 candidates have been issued ITAs with CRS 775 or more while the IRCC has issued 400 ITAs to Federal Skilled Trade Class (FSTC) with minimum CRS score of 199, now these 543 candidates can apply for their permanent residency visa of Canada.
The 143 candidates who have been issued the ITA in Provincial Nomination Certificate category were aligned with EE program and are awarded by 600 additional points in this Express Entry draw.
