The less time gap between the previous draw and large draw size helped in reducing the score by nine points from the previous cut-off score of 451 in the June 20 invitation round.
There has been increase in the number of candidates applying through Express Entry from 74,900 in 2018 and 81,400 in 2019.
IRCC still has to a go a long way to surpass the number of ITA issued in 2017. So far in 2018, IRCC has issued 39,700 ITAs.
A draw like this is a good thing to impact the large two draws happened in a quick succession that has led to a low CRS cut off.
