This is to inform that Immigration SA has reopened the application system for Subclass 188/132 State Nomination applications.
Application availability will be confirmed at time of submission that means if you are asked for payment, you have secured a processing place.
Only those applicants will be able to apply for state nomination that has already shown their commitment towards South Australia for 132 and 188a subclass visa by previously visiting South Australia. The evidence of the same will be required in the State Nomination application.
Failing to produce evidences for subclass 132/188a visa, applicants will be refused for the state application.
The condition of previously coming to South Australia is not applicable to 188b Investor or 188c-Significant Investor visa applicants.
