Canada is currently employing network of visa application centres around the world.Every year, thousands of people submit their applications to come to Canada. Consequently, Canadian government has now announced that this visa application network has to be expanded within 2 years of time period. By November 2019, there will be at least 149 VAC locations in 99 countries. As of November 17, 2017, there were 137 VACs in 95 countries.

Reportedly, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of IRCC, awarded this contractto VF Worldwide Holdings Ltd.The initial worth of this contract is estimated at $26 M.
