South Australia has declared the closure of Skilled Nomination Visa 190 and Skilled Regional Nominated Visa 489 from 25th June, 2018 and it will reopen in the first week of July. This is done in order to complete the fresh program year immigration system updates. The time and date will be notified in the first week of July.
If an applicant has started preparing for 190 and 489 visas, they need to file and pay for the application prior to the closing of the systems. No incomplete application will be considered and will be deleted at 9 am on 25 June. This also includes applications that have not been submitted but saved and those applications as well which are submitted but payments are not made, as quoted by the Australian.
South Australia has also done some changes to the below occupations mentioned on SOL:
Advertising Manager (131113) low availability and is only available for provisional 489 visa and the language skills should be proficient or above proficient level.

Overseas graduates and skilled workers in South Australia that intend to obtain nomination must be able to satisfy Home Affairs Department as well as state nomination requirements.
The applicants who want to reside in South Australia must show their commitment towards residing and working in South Australia for at least 2 years from the date of arrival. An applicant must be below 45 years of age at the time of nomination.
