  • Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Federal Skilled Trade Program
  • Canada Experience Class Program and

Provincial nomination also participates in express entry program.   • Nearly 58,328 applicants and their family members came to Canada in 2017 under express entry program. This number has been increased in the year 2017 as opposed to 43,202 applicants in the year 2016. When the program was introduced in the year 2015, only 27,000 applicants were invited to apply. If we go by the two tables shown below, one can easily see that 2017 start was on a bang with 2,902 invitations issued on CRS 468 and above as opposed to 1463 invitations issued in 2016. The number of invitations in 2017 has only been gone up in every month. The total invitations in 2017 were 86,022 and in 2016 it was 33,782. The numbers are more than twice of 2016 immigration intake.
