If I am Nominated by a Province, Does That Guarantee My Immigration to Canada ?

No, getting a nomination from the province does not guarantee your immigration to Canada unless and until you are not given the final approval by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

The final authority to issue visas is solely given to the department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Therefore, after getting an invitation to apply, you need to submit your documents within 90 days

Your immigration might get cancelled if your documents are not up to date or if you have not submitted your documents on time or if the immigration authorities find any discrepancies related to your application process.

Hence, it is very necessary to complete all the documentation list to avoid any cancellation.

Therefore, you should consult a prestigious visa firm ‘Aptech Global’ because documentation is very tricky process and all the documents are required to be submitted online. A single mistake can lead to your application getting cancelled.
