Express Entry Canada Eligibility / Canada Express Entry Requirement

In order to be eligible to apply express entry you will need to meet the following Canada express entry minimum eligibility requirements:

1. Age

The applicant must be below 49 years of age to lodge an application for the Express Entry Canada.

2. Education:-

Applicants must have a Canadian or equal full time post-secondary degree or diploma, from recognized institute of the country

3. Occupation:-

To apply for Express Entry visa, an applicant’s occupation must be listed on the Express Entry demand /Occupation List. 4. Work Experience:-

An applicant must have at least 12-months full-time relevant work experience over the 10-year period before the date of Express Entry application.
By Skilled Work Experience it means an applicant must have worked in 1 of these National Occupational Classification (NOC) job groups:

  • Managerial jobs (skill type 0)
  • Professional jobs (skill level A)
  • Technical jobs and skilled trades (skill level B)

Please note:- If work experience is in an occupation that is regulated in Canada and requires mandatory certification or licensing, proof of eligibility for licensure or certification to be able to work in that profession must be submitted with the Express Entry application (e.g., nurse, physician, engineer etc).

5. Language Skills:-

The applicants coming to Canada must be able to communicate in 1 or both of Canada’s official languages. Knowing English, French or both helps applicant to sustain their living and get an employment in the Canadian job market.

6. Points:-
