SINP’s Express Entry International Skilled Worker Category Reaches 400 Thresholds Within 2 Hours Of Its Opening!Posted On: Fri, Dec 27 2019
The applications were invited on first come first serve basis to 400 individuals!
Saskatchewan’s International Skilled Worker-Express Entry sub category was opened to 400 new applications on first come first served basis. The opening was announced on June 13, 2018 and was closed within three hours of reaching 400 applications limit.
Applicants who receive a provincial nomination under this Express Entry sub-category receives an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points which further boosts their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence in the next Express Entry draw.
The applicants having complete application with all required documents were accepted in this Express Entry draw pool.
The International Skilled Worker-Express Entry sub-category operates on a first-come, first served basis, which means 400 applicant who were quickest to apply submitted their applications.
Second Opening of SINP’s Express Entry sub-category in 2018
This is the second time in 2018 that this popular SINP- international skilled worker category has opened to applicants. Earlier it occurred on January 10, with invitations given to 400 applications.
In 2017, this sub category was opened five times to a total of 3,200 applicants.
Saskatchewan will accept a maximum of 2,600 applications through International Skilled Worker-Express Entry sub-category 2018. There are still 1,800 applications left to accept between now and end of the year.

To apply for SINP-International Skilled Worker-Express Entry sub-category one does not require a job offer. The applicants must have necessary education, skilled work experience in one of 36 in-demand occupations, language ability and other factors.
An applicant must submit their profile to the Express Entry pool to apply under the international skilled worker category.
