The Occupations-In-Demand and the Express Entry category of the SINP invite the foreign skilled workers who have educational qualification or work experience in one of the occupations-in-demand.

The eligible occupations must fall under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) matrix levels listed below:

  • NOC A- Jobs which require University education
  • NOC B- Jobs which require college degree or apprenticeship training
  • NOC O- Management

A condition which must be noted is that the jobs executing NOC C and the NOC D levels of skills are not eligible for the Occupation-In-Demand and the Saskatchewan Express Entry

Saskatchewan PNP is one of the most flexible Canada PNPs with lenient requirements and low IELTS demands. The desirable candidate must score a minimum of 60 points in the SINP point assessment grid.
