The SINP draw was conducted for the SINP International Skilled Workers system which is a pre-application process for the immigration through the SINP. The interested candidates are required to apply to the Expression of Interest (EOI) system. The skilled workers who have the right skills to contribute into the labour markets of the provinces are selected from the EOI pool and granted an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to invite them to apply for the permanent residency in Canada on the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to move permanently into the province of Saskatchewan.
