Prince Edward Island Invited 143 Candidates In The EOI Draw
In the recent Expression of Interest EOI draw held on September 16, 2021, the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island invited a number of 143 candidates from the EOI pool for PEI immigration. The invitations issued in the PEI PNP draw were for the two Prince Edward Island immigration categories Business work permits Entrepreneur and the Labour & Express Entry stream.
The invitations issued in the Business Work permit Entrepreneur immigration stream were 14 with the minimum point threshold of 72 points. The number of invitations issued for the Labour & Express Entry category was 129 in number with no minimum points announced.
The Prince Edward Island PNP is renowned for its low requirement for the CRS score. The less trodden path for Canada immigration is catching hype now-a-days because of its convenient point’s threshold and being the smallest province of Canada, it provides a conducive environment for studying, working and educating yourself post immigration.
The Expression of Interest mechanism works on the principle of high scores and high rank. The EOI profiles are evaluated on the basis of some parameters such as age, educational qualification, work experience, language adaptability, spouse’s skills etc. the profiles which attain higher ranks are invited to apply for the PEI PNP and submit all the documents in support of Canada immigration.
Once the candidates complete all the formalities of the PEI immigration, they are nominated to apply for the Canada permanent residency on the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
