PEI PNP draw invites 134 applicants in the latest draw

In the draw held on December 15, 2022, 134 people received invitations from the PEI PNP. In this case, they issued 127 invitations for Express Entry and Labour, inviting 7 individuals from Business Work Permit Entrepreneur who met the minimum point requirement of 62 points. This was the second occasion this year that PEI held two draws in a single month within a period of 15 days. The Labour and Express Entry Stream invited 69 people to the last draw of the PEI PNP.

There are three ways to submit a PEI PNP application:

PEI PNP Express Entry Category
Labour Impact Category
Business Impact Category

Candidates selected for PEI PNP Express Entry will receive 600 points toward their final CRS scores in a subsequent Prince Edward Island PNP draw.

For the Business Impact Category, the following criteria must be met:

A minimum net worth of CAD 600,000 or INR 3,33,22,801.28 per individual.
Secondary education or its equivalent
Be between the ages of 21 and 59;
Possess managerial or business ownership experience;
Meet the language proficiency criteria
Having the intention to work and live in Prince Edward Island and running the company from there

How to Apply?

Creating a profile in the Prince Edward Island Expression of Interest (EOI) system is the first step in applying for the PEI PNP Express Entry if you are confident that you match the basic requirements.

You will be required to answer several questions when creating a profile, all of which must be answered truthfully. At any moment, you can return and modify the data that has been submitted.

You will receive a point score based on the details you submit in the EOI and the selection system points grid. A hundred points are the most you can earn.

The province asks the top-scoring applicants to submit an application for a provincial nomination during routine draws. If you are to be invited by the PEI PNP you will be receiving an email from them.

You will need to fill out the application forms, and your employer must fill out the employer paperwork as well. Within 60 days, submit your application.

You will be given a provincial nomination if you are successful. Through your Express Entry account, you must accept the nomination. In the upcoming Express Entry draw, it's likely that you'll be invited to submit an application for Canada permanent residence.
