Ontario's Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream is a specific PNP stream offered by the Ontario PNP.  Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream is designed for French-speaking skilled workers who have proficiency in both French & English languages and are interested in settling in Ontario.

  1. You must have at least 1 year of full-time paid, continuous work experience in TEER Category 0, 1, 2, or 3 of NOC.  And this experience should be obtained within the last five years from the date of submitting your application to the OINP
  2. You must have a Canadian bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree or its equivalent in another country.
  3. You must be able to understand, read, write, and speak French at a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or higher.
  4. You must have enough money to support yourself and your dependent family members when you settle in Canada.
  5. Intention to live in Ontario
