Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program Reopens Masters Graduate Stream!

Posted On: Sat, Dec 28 2019

The province of Ontario reopened its Masters Graduate Stream on April 30 and quickly reached its limit. The Masters Graduate Stream gives international graduates having an eligible Ontario Master’s degree the opportunity to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence.

The applicants applying under this stream does not require a job offer from an Ontario employer. The stream completed the intake of 1,000 new registrations that originally began March 5 and soon ran into technical difficulties before the quota was reached.

On March 5, a total of 333 registrations were submitted successfully and remaining 667 registrations were accepted on April 30 before closing.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program said successful registrants will receive a confirmation number from its e-Filling Portal within three business days. After receiving a file number you have 14 days to submit an application to the OINP or your registration will expire.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is the provincial nominee program that allows skilled and qualified workers to come and settle in the particular province on a permanent basis. There are different PR programs through which a potential migrant can apply for permanent residence.

To know more about OINP and different Canada PR programs, it is suggested to contact the visa and immigration experts of Aptech Global by filling the Canada PNP Assessment form. One of the experts will soon contact you to discuss the Canada PR query.
