The Canadian Government conducted a new Express Entry draw held June 12, 2019, invited 3,350 candidates to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence. The cut-off score in this draw was CRS 465 points. This is a five-point decrease from the previous draw conducted at CRS score 470.
The current Express Entry draw saw a tie-break by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada was June 6, 2019, at 13:51:59 UTC. This means that all applicants having CRS 465 and above who have their express entry profile in the pool before said date and time were invited to apply by the Canadian Government.
The IRCC has now issued a total of 38,450 ITAs to Express Entry applicants in 2019. This is 6,250 more than it had issued at this same point in 2018. The below mentioned tabled showcases total ITAs issued till date.

The cut-off score in the May 29 draw reached 470 after a period of four weeks elapsed between all-programs that resulted in a greater number of candidates with higher scores to enter the pool. The frequency of draws conducted after intervals of two weeks led to a five-point reduction in the cut-off score.
Canada Express Entry is the most popular immigration program and manages the pool of candidates under three economic programs namely Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trade Program and Canadian Experience Class.
