1,000 New Applications Re-opens For Saskatchewan Express Entry Category

SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program) under the Express Entry sub category – International Skilled Worker has re-opened 1,000 new applications, thereby providing opportunity for candidates under Federal Express Entry’s pool to apply for Saskatchewan nomination without any job offer.

The candidates in the Express Entry Pool with this category’s nomination in hands, are also eligible for claiming 600 additional CRS points.

The sub-category which operates on ‘first come, first serve’ basis has took 600 applications in July. Due to popularity of this program, the positions for 600 applications were being filled within few days.

The current occupation list has 42 new occupations out of which, 19 do not require any professional licensure in order for a nomination to be issued.

Eligibility Requirements for SINP’S International Skilled Worker Program:

In order to be eligible under the program, the candidate need to meet the following minimum requirements-

  1. If currently residing in Canada, proof of legal living status
  2. Must be having Express Entry Profile number and Job Validation Code which was issued at the time of filingexpress entry profile
  3. Must have at least 60 out of 100 score on the SINP point assessment grid
  4. Must show a valid proof of language proficiency from a designated language testing agency
  5. Must meet minimum work experience requirement in occupations that are listed in NOC list (type A, O and B)

My NOC is 2171 , not applicable to file my application under SINP, also did not score good to receive direct ITA. Can anyone guide me what are the steps I need to take.
