Manitoba province administered its 75th draw under the Expression of Interest System. The draw was conducted on 24th October 2019 with a total of 117 letters advice to apply issued and with the invitation of 567 skilled workers as a ranking score of the lowest-ranked candidate in case of skilled workers in Manitoba.
For the international Education Stream, it is about 16 letters advice to apply to be issued.
Further, the total number of letters of Advice to Apply issued is 24 under the category of skilled workers overseas, who are invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. In this category, the selected applicants who are invited to apply had the lowest-rank score of 685 and above.
As per the norms and rules, out of 157 letters Advice to apply issued in this draw, only 12 were issued to applicants who stated a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.
Following are points to be noted for this Draw:
- Expression of Interest from Skilled Worker Overseas applicants may not be regarded in this draw if they were not directly invited by MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
- Those applicants who do not have a job seeker validation code and a valid Express Entry ID under Manitoba’s In-demand Occupations list, their applications will not be accepted.
- If the candidates have not provided a valid Test Number in their EOI or their language test is not valid, then applicants have not received a letter of Advice to Apply even if they scored greater than lowest-ranked candidate.
