The Manitoba province was out its 83rd Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on 13th February 2020 across various streams to apply for provincial nomination for permanent residency. In this draw, an overall 242 letters of advice to apply issued in which 15 were issued to applicants who declared a valid job seeker code and Express Entry ID.

The Category of Skilled worker Overseas facilitates MPNP (Manitoba provincial nominee program) to nominate and choose the skilled foreign workers who can support the Manitoba labor market. Under this stream, a total 27 letters of advice to apply were issued who were directly invited by MPNP through a strategic Recruitment drive. The lowest ranked score for Skilled Worker Oversees is 611 that are 68 points lower from the previous 82nd EOI draw.
To apply, applicants must have an established connection in Manitoba like a close friends or family relative, education or work experience in the province or must have an invitation through Manitoba PNP strategic recruitment initiatives along with other essential requirements.
Under this Stream, a total of 182 numbers of letters of advice to apply were issued with a minimum 525 as lowest ranked score. Applicants from the category of skilled worker in Manitoba must be working in the province and should have full time permanent job offer letter from employer.
For the International Education stream, a total number of 33 letters to advice to apply were issued to become permanent residents of Manitoba. This stream has three sub categories as Graduate Internship pathway, Student Entrepreneur pathway and Career Employment pathway.
