Manitoba Expression of Interest (EOI) round results for skilled migration programs is finally out. Manitoba immigration authority has invited a total of 196 migrants under provincial nomination program to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency Visa.
Out of 196 letters of advice to apply (LAAs) issued, around 119 (LAAs) were given to the Skilled workers in Manitoba Stream, 60 (LAAs) were given for overseas candidates and 17 were issued through international Education stream to international graduates of Manitoba post-secondary institutions.
The total invitations issued till date for the skilled worker's candidates this year (2019) is 4320.
The Manitoba provincial nomination programs allow Manitoba to intake highly skilled applicants who meet the eligibility requirements, have the ability to settle quickly and participate in the economic growth of the country.
Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program is considered to be the most popular and successful provincial nominee program where around 130,000 skilled migrants are permanently settled since 1998.
Invitation for Express Entry Candidates
For Express Entry candidates Manitoba issued around 27 (LAAs) in its 23rd May round results, this is valid for the candidates having job seeker validation code and experience in an occupation on occupation list of Manitoba.
Also, the Express Entry candidates who obtain a provincial nomination will be going to receive 600 additional points under Comprehensive Ranking System score.
The (MPNP) skilled workers international stream is mainly for the overseas candidates who have an established connection to Manitoba for an example member or friends, education or work experience in the province and also applicable under the invitation of MPNP's Strategic Recruitment Initiatives.
The invitation issued for overseas Skilled Workers on 23 May is invited directly through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
Initial Stage to Apply
To apply for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) submitting an Expression of Interest(EOI) is the first initial step. The applicant needs to provide the required information that is the proof of education, work experience, proficiency in English or French and the connections to Manitoba with other details. On the bases of skills, the immigration points are awarded. Applicants who have scored highest immigration points are invited on priority bases through regular draws from Manitoba's EOI pool.
