Manitoba Issued A Total Of 367 Invitations In The Latest EOI Draw Held On April 26, 2021

In its latest Manitoba PNP draw held on April 26, 2021, the province of Manitoba issued a total of 367 invitations to the eligible candidates under the Manitoba PNP. The recent draw was the 114th draw so far conducted for the Manitoba immigration. The no. of invitations were 32 lesser than the previous Manitoba PNP draw which invited 399 candidates for Manitoba immigration on April 19, 2021.

The candidates chosen to apply for the permanent residence in Canada belonged to the three categories i.e. skilled workers in Manitoba, skilled workers overseas and the international education stream of the Manitoba PNP.

 Out of the total 367 Manitoba immigration applicants, 301 invitations were issued to the candidates who had applied for the skilled workers in Manitoba steam to fill out and be successful occupants of the Manitoba occupations in demand. A number of 55 letters of advice (invitations) were issued to the applicants for the international education stream of the Manitoba PNP. The remaining 11 letters of advice/invitations out of the total 367 invitations were issued to the skilled workers who are applying from outside Canada.

The minimum score adjudged for the category of the skilled workers in Manitoba stream of the Manitoba PNP was 440, whereas for the category of the skilled worker overseas the score for the lowest ranked candidate was affixed at 721. For the category of the international education stream, no declaration regarding the cut off score was announced. 

The Skilled worker in Manitoba is a Manitoba PNP stream created for skilled workers who are actually temporary foreign workers or international student graduates in Manitoba hired for a permanent job by the Manitoba employers. The other stream, the skilled worker overseas of the Manitoba provincial nomination is for the applicants who have a strong connection with the province of Manitoba through education, work, training etc. and they can be the immediate occupants of the Manitoba occupation in demand. 

The international education stream which is a direct pathway for the international students graduating in the province of Manitoba invites the fresh graduates who can readily contribute into the Manitoba economy and occupy Manitoba occupations in demand to enhance the overall labour market and fill the gaps in the skill shortage.
