In a recent round of invitations that took place on 13th of March, total of 638 candidates were invited by Manitoba. Out of total, 253 candidates were from Express Entry Pool. These 253 candidates were issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). The eligibility bar set up by Manitoba for selection to those who are already in the pool are:
The lowest ranking candidates who have been selected from the pool has CRS total of 545. The score is a reduction of 15 points over the previous draw through the MPNP’s new Express Entry sub-stream, and 20 points lesser than the sub-stream’s opening draw conducted on 11th of January.
Under Manitoba’s Skilled Worker Stream, a total of 184 candidates were issued LAAs with minimum score as mentioned above. Further, under its Skilled Worker Overseas Stream, total of 144 candidates were sent LAAs with minimum EOI cut-off score of 590.

Additionally, 57 LAAs were sent out to candidates with score as 703 and above under Strategic Recruitment Initiative through the Skilled Workers Overseas Stream.
