Latest CRS Draw Jumps To 451 After Regular Hump In The Previous Draws!

The largest Express Entry draw conducted where invitation were issued to 3750 applicants with 451 CRSThis is to inform that the Government of Canada conducted the largest Express Entry draw of 2018 on 13th June inviting 3750 applications to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence with comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score of 451 and above.

The number of invitations in this draw is slightly higher than average of 2108, the largest all-program draw from the Express Entry pool of 2018 had been 3,500. However, the jump in the CRS score of 451 from earlier CRS score 440’s and 450’s is likely due to the delay in regular draws caused by the program specific Express Entry draws on May 30th.

The year began with two draws of 2750 ITAs each in January followed by four draws of 3,000 ITAs each in February and March and four draws of 3,500 ITA’s each in April and May. The immigration target with the increasing number of invitations is set to increase in 2019 and 2020 as well.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) used tie-break rule in this draw. The tie-break date for the latest invitation round was July 21, 2017. This means that all applicants with a CRS score of 451 and above who submitted their profile before the specified break date will receive an ITA in the invitation round.

It may be the slight possible chances of drop in CRS if the draws become more frequent, or if IRCC increases the number of invitations issued per draw.
