The office of British Columbia invited 397 applicants to apply for British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program (BCPNP). The invitations are given under its Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC streams on September 5, 2018.

The invitation immigration points for past so many draws have been constant for quite some time now. Only, the number of invitations are increasing and decreasing.
The periodic draws conducted by British Columbia issues invitations to apply for immigration to the candidates with highest scores under its Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). The profile when completed through SIRS is assigned a score based on the various factors like age, education, work experience etc.
The selected candidates under Express Entry BC: Skilled Worker and International Graduate stream gets additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score towards the overall CRS score.
The BCPNP candidates nominated for permanent residency under skills immigration stream applications are processed separately from Express Entry System by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
Mostly, the candidates applying for BCPNP are required to have a job offer letter in one of the 29 occupations under BC PNP tech pilot stream.
