On December 8, 2020, the province of British Columbia issued a total of 256 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination to apply for permanent residence in Canada and realize their dream of Canada Immigration in 2020. A total of 256 invitations were issued to the candidates who submitted their application under the skilled immigration and international categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee program (BC PNP).

The BC PNP express entry category is open to the individuals who had valid profiles in any of the three economic immigration programs such as Federal Skilled Workers Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience class. In order to receive an invitation in the BC PNP express entry category, having a profile in the Federal express entry program is a must.

The skilled immigration category is for the skilled and semi-skilled workers who have a skill set and wealthy experience in the occupations that are in high-demand in the province of British Columbia. The minimum scores released in the latest BC PNP draw ranged between 77 and 97 for the five EEBC and SI categories of BC PNP.

To be considered under the latest BC PNP draw, a candidate is required to have a valid and full-time job offer from an employer in the province of British Columbia. Also, the job offer must be an occupation that is in high-demand in the province of British Columbia.

The candidates who received an invitation in the latest BC PNP draw now have 30 days-time period from the date of invitation to submit a proper application along with a proper set of documents via taking the BC PNP online registration system.
