The province of British Columbia held the latest Tech pilot draw on January 26, 2021 and issued 81 invitations to all the candidates who applied under the tech pilot stream of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program. One more invitation has been issued in the latest BC PNP tech pilot draw held on January 26, 2021 as compared to the previous Tech pilot draw held on January 12, 2021.

The invitations were issued through the skills immigration and express entry BC streams of BC PNP. The EEBC i.e. Express entry BC is for the candidates who have valid express entry profiles in the Federal express entry system, which is an ideal route for the candidates who wish to become Canada’s permanent residence. Those who received a provincial nomination under the EEBC stream will be awarded with 600 additional points that will further ease the entire process of getting an invitation to apply for Canada PR.

On the other hand, the skills immigration stream is for the candidates who possess valid job offers in the tech occupation of British Columbia. The provincial score of the lowest ranked candidates is 80 for both the streams be it EEBC or skills immigration.
