  2. Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream
  3. Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream

How to submit a letter of interest

To be sure you're qualified, review the stream criteria.

When you register for or amend your expression of interest, the information you supply in it must be accurate.

On the same day that you submit your Expression of Interest, you must also complete your Attestation Form (EOI). You must upload this form as part of your application if you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

Only one expression of interest may be submitted for each OINP stream at any given time.

If you get a request to submit an application

The OINP occasionally ranks applicants in one or more of the OINP stream selection pools, either generally (ranking all applicants who submitted an expression of interest) or specifically (ranking only those applicants who possess one or more specifically targeted labour market or human capital attributes), and then extends invitations to apply to the candidates with the highest rankings.

If you receive an invitation to apply, you have 14 days from the invitation date to submit your application.
