Alberta PNP Released Draw On 4th March 2020 Invited Applicants With 300 CRS Score

The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) has conducted its latest draw held on 4th March 2020 with issuing a total number of 100 Notifications of Interest to apply for provincial nomination. This draw invites skilled applicants with 300 CRS scores or above which is the same as the last draw for Alberta province.

Applicants who received Notifications of Interest (NOIs) issued from Alberta PNP did not need a job offer letter. Though, they must have an active profile under the federal Express Entry system which manages applications from three economic immigration programs such as Federal skilled worker program (FSWP), federal skilled trade program (FSTP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores are allotted to applicants by considering their age, educational credentials, skilled work experience, language proficiency scores, and adaptability. Candidates with the highest CRS score are given first priority for Alberta provincial nomination. Alongside, applicants who meet below three criteria will be given preference as:

  • Work experience or job offer in Alberta.
  • A degree from a Canadian recognized institution.
  • A Child, Siblings or Parent who already living in Alberta Province.

As of now, Alberta issues around 751 invitations in 2020 for Express Entry Candidates. Successful candidates will further awarded with additional 600 points on getting the nomination from Alberta.
