The Alberta province has conducted its latest round of invitations on 9th January 2020. Eligible candidates can apply for provincial nomination under AINP draw. With a minimum CRS score of 350 are invited to apply in this current draw. This CRS (comprehensive ranking system) is 50 points lower than the last draw of 2019. These points are based upon the candidate age, education, skilled work experience, language ability scores and adaptability.
Under Alberta PNP round of invitations, a total of 150 number of Notification of Interest (NOI) have been issued. Alberta often reviews available candidates in the federal Express Entry pool. On successful nomination by AINP, candidates will be awarded with 600 additional points.

IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) has set the limits for AINP nominations each year. The total number of nominations for 2020 is not available as of now. Though, the AINP continue to access applications in the queue and issue nominations for January 2020. Around 2,175 applications wait for assessment for eligibility.
