Express Entry is an elite process to obtain the Canada PR. Under the program of Express entry, the applications are processed under the three major economic programs i.e. Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
The candidates of Express entry do not require any prior Canadian experience to be eligible for an invitation from the IRCC to apply for the Canada PR. However there is no requirement for any job offer for Express Entry, having a job offer increases your score for Canada immigration. A candidate must thrive to attain more points because only the highest scoring profiles are picked up from the Express Entry pool.
