4500 Invitations Issued In The Latest Express Entry Draw

On November 5, 2020, Canada conducted its latest express entry draw and issued 4500 invitations to the candidates who applied for the Express Entry program. Express Entry is the fastest and the easiest track way to get the status of Canada’s Permanent Residence. The candidates with a minimum CRS score of 478 were sent an invitation in the latest Express Entry Draw.

IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) usually conducts draws every fortnight, however, this time the draw was delayed so that all the express entry profiles in the express entry pool can be updated. It is the third time when the maple country is inviting 4500 candidates. Express Entry Program is Canada’s fastest immigration system under which there are three economic immigration programs such as Federal Skilled Workers Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

French-speaking candidates will be awarded with more CRS points as recently, it has been announced that the candidates who are proficient in the French Language now get 25 CRS points for their language skills which earlier was 15. Moreover, all the candidates with proficiency in both the languages English and French will now get 50 CRS points, that earlier was 30 points.

The candidates with the highest CRS points are given an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to apply for Canada’s Permanent Residence. A total of 4500 candidates were issued invitations in the latest draw held on November 5, 2020. A tie-breaking rule was applied in the express entry draw held on November 5, 2020, so, for this draw candidates who had a CRS score of 478 or more need to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) prior to October 26, 2020 at 22:44:19 UTC in order to receive an invitation.

The CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score released in the draw held on November 5, 2020, is 7 more than the previous express entry draw held on October 14, 2020.

So, if any candidate who wishes to apply under the Canada Express Entry program needs to score a minimum of 67 points out of 100 points in the points calculator. These points are evaluated on the basis of certain parameters such as age, language dexterity, educational qualification, work experience, adaptability and arranged employment.
